This is a multiple-entry visa that is valid for 90 days and can be applied for when traveling to the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Kenya and the Republic of Uganda simultaneously for tourism purposes.  (If you are traveling to only two of the three countries, you may still apply, but the application fee will be the same.  Travelers holding an East African tourist visa must enter the country which the visa was issued.

Option 1. IREMBO（Online）
You can apply for an East Africa tourist visa through IREMBO here.

 Option 2. ON ARRIVAL
As of January 2018, citizens of all countries will be granted 90-Days multiple entry visas on arrival without prior application.  Visa fee is $100 USD.

Option 3. AT THE EMBASSY
You can obtain a required visa through the Embassy.  First, applicants should pay a visa fee through IRMBO and receive a receipt.  Then bring all the required documents to the Embassy and receive the visa.  Proxy application or sending application by post is available.
