Ambassador Marie Claire Mukasine presents credentials to the King of Malaysia
Ambassador Marie Claire Mukasine presented her Letters of Credence to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Rwanda to Malaysia, with residence in Tokyo, Japan.
The ceremony took place at the Royal Palace, Istana Negara, on 24th April 2025.
