Courtesy Call on Fukushima Governor Masao Uchibori

Ambassador Marie Claire Mukasine visited Fukushima, where she had the honor of paying a courtesy call on Governor Masao Uchibori of Fukushima Prefecture. During their meeting, the Ambassador and the Governor engaged in productive discussions aimed at further strengthening the bilateral relationship between Rwanda and Japan. They specifically focused on deepening cultural exchange, expanding economic cooperation, and enhancing educational partnerships.

Ambassador Mukasine expressed her gratitude for the ongoing collaboration between Rwanda and Fukushima, highlighting the positive impact of these efforts. She also extended a warm invitation to Governor Uchibori to visit Rwanda, further cementing the bond between the two regions and promoting future cooperation.
